      A date of death was given previously, does it render the mentioned page useless then?

              I post the info i get from the OdR in the format i receive it from them for the benefit of the members here who are interested in the state of health and welfare of the RKT's, plus it answered Juliomoc 's question re where he was living when he died.

              Why am i explaining myself to you !!!

              As this is only your second post perhaps you would like to contribute something useful to the thread instead of beginning your posting career here by critising others, a good way to win friends and influence people !!!

                    Sad news about Dickfeld.
                    One of the closest friends of Gordon Gollob and also a controversial figure, as far as I remember. But a great pilot, for sure.

                              A very nice person I had the opportunity to meet. He had an incredible career in the Luftwaffe. The Luftwaffe enthousiasts have to read his book Die Fährte des Jägers which has been translated in english.
