Hello to all chaps; could someone kindly tell me which german unit this vehicle belongs to? . The picture was shot somewhere on the french coast at the end of May or earlier Jun 1940.
The vehicle (seems to me it was part of some MG or Fla. subunit) bogged down in the sand and was being dragged. On the vehicle's left mud guard an infantry (Mechanized?) tactical marking could be seen; on the vehicle's right mud guard as the unit's emblem a shield.
I did check in the Christoph's website but without success, no one shield matched it (there is a similar ones but it belongs to Korps Abt C).
Source: printed on the photo.
Happy New Year - Feliz Año Nuevo - Gutes neues Jahr - Feliz Ano Novo - Bonne Année.
Any info/ idea would be appreciate . TIA. Cheers. Tigre .
