Please help with unit info

Can anyone give me any information on the following. It is on an NSDAP registration card, and I understand it to be a unit or sturm designation. Any info on the unit, location etc is appreciated.

It means Westmark, the period name for the french "Lorraine", the land around Metz (where I live).
