"GWL" Flak badge value

I've had this GWL Luftwaffe Flak badge in my collection for a while and need your opinions as to it's value. The scans don't do this badge justice!

The badge is marked "GWL" for Gebruder Wegerhoff and has a nice Chocolate color with some Bronze highlights (that's what color I call it). The rear is clearly marked with the "GWL" in the circle with the two rivets attaching the eagle. The badge is in excellent condition with no rust or corrosion!!

I'm collecting mostly Heer items now and would like some honest pricing info as I am going to sell it shortly. I realize that it's a less seldom seen maker but I've checked several dealer sites and have yet to find a GWL Flak badge for sale!

Now let's be kind and not take advantage of me!!!

Just recently I stumbled over this one at The Collector's Guild

Just remembered it because I thought the price was rather low for this maker $195 or only €150. This ammount of money won't even buy you a nice PAB these day's.

IMO a more reasonable price for this less common GWL Luftflak would be something in the region of €225 to €250. Lets see what others think.

That's what I thought, I figured around $250 give or take twenty bucks. Yes, I agree the price on that dealers site is rather low...........which is unusual for a dealers site!

Say that again, sometimes the logic of these guys is beyond me. Selling common JFS IAB's for 235 and offering scares GWL flaks for 195

HI all,sometimes i think the price lies on popularity, IAB are more sort after than flak badges and so the flaks are cheapened just to move them on. Could be wrong, wife always says I am. All the best

I just bought my GWL LW flak badge for $200. That was about a month ago. I too thought it was a good price, and thats why I jumped on it.
