It's a fake, based on the Juncker J1 eagle and an Assmann wreath...

For me, this is a fake of the hybrid Deumer 1 Eagle Obsv. with Assmann type wreath. For comparison, another D1 Obsv. fake signed Juncker. Sorry if I am again the author of confusion.
