Hi guys, new to the hobby and new to the site. Found these pilot and bomber badges. The pilot badge looks a terrible fake but not so sure about the bomber clasp, welcome an experts opinion, thanks in advance...
OK... so anyone know how to attach photos from your computer in this forum?

            Hi schumifan,

Firstly, welcome to the forum, you certainly found the right place if you are interested in Third Reich combat and qualification badges.

Seb and Rik are right ofcourse, your Pilot badge is a cheap fake, likely made by Souval but the bomber clasp is a fine original. As Seb says, becoming an Association Member is the best money ever spent in this hobby, and is extremely cheap compared to all the knowledge you have access to here, not to mention the extensive database of badges and ability to post pictures for discussion.

Seb, thanks very much for helping out with the pics.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

              Welcome!
Pretty much covered below & as mention always best to post a badge on the appropriate sub-forum prior to purchasing & to use the data-base to begin learning the good from the bad.
