Recon Clasp

Had the clasp below for four years. Don't believe I ever posted it as it was a trade deal with another member. Was looking at clasps the other day and wondered why mine didn't have the two holes next to the central wreath that others had. Got me wondering so I thought I would throw up some photos (sorry for the poor photography)
