the price seems right , what is your opinion good or bad?
Who the manufacturer ?

Common claw fake

The wreath actually might be original, but the eagle is definitely bogus. It might be a frankenstein badge were someone repaired and original wreath with a fake eagle.

Definitely a bogus eagle. But it does look like the wreath is original as Tom D mentions.
