Hi Ludwig, unfortunately I don't have any provenance with the cross. No doubt it was worn during the period though. Here's some extra pics. Cross is a flawless "A" type S&L with standard size "800" mark. I sent this to Dietrich several years ago and from what I remember he thought it may have been one of the few earlier S&L crosses to receive a chemical frosting.
