Going through my badges I got stuck with these two ....

both Assmann but different style / dies I assume

One weighs 10g / one weighs 22g

The 10g one certainly is an alu - earlier - version ...

could the 22g be a mix of alu / buntmetal ?

Left is a second early patern in alu and the right one is a third patern alu eagle and nickel silver wreath. You should know that by now. Nice badges
