What year did this catalog specificially state altsilber Adler and silber wreath? Curious if any catalog ever specifically states silber for Adler?

John, nice one! What does she weigh in at with the repair? My minter is 12.7g These things are just eerily light!

Hi R.G.. this one comes in at 11.25g, even with the repair. The original catch must have been a 'heavy' piece of kit..

@ Neil, as soon as the 'Assmann' series is complete, watch out.. I know where you live...

Do you have the same exact badge in tombak to compare weights? Very interested in the ratio of weight between the two please.

                  Thank you.

I am trying to find a similar badge to one I got in today, failing miserably, but just out of interest does this badge have 11 bunches of oakleaves on the right hand side?
                    Thanks for sharing and help

Long time in coming but these 2 Junckers (neusilber identical eagle, and tombac next pattern eagle) weigh in at 21.9g and 24.9g left to right.

Colin, looks more like 10 but hard to say with the wingtip covering the wreath..
