Hello folks. Fresh out of a cigar box lot last weekend, this is one that I HAVE'nt come across before. I don't know whether it's for spot / search light crews, or if it denotes aircraft radar, etc...It depicts what looks like a radar dish on wheels w/ "rays" pointing upwards, silhouetting an aircraft. A lightning bolt comes up from the base to the 1:00 position, and in the upper right hand corner appears the number "15". The pin is missing from the rear, and the piece is totally un-marked. Can anyone shed any light on what this insignia may possibly represent? Thanks!
