Hi Gary,
I can only agree, another good one but obviously missing the pin.
These are thought to be by Hammer & Sohne as several have been found in marked packets. Not proof positive, but a very good lead IMO.

A similar one recently offered on the Collectors Guild site, with marked packet. He had four identical examples all with Hammer marked packets.
