Hi-if anyone knows anything about characters in this picture? Notice the vintage .. -
No breast eagle usually indicates prior to 1940. Perhaps the unusual epaulets are for an exercise/war game? The Heer buckle is a bit out of place, and 3 gulls on his collar tabs should earn him 2 stripes on his sleeve.
