LW Afrika Cuff title original?

i bought this early Bundeswehr LW Jacket o a flewmaret last week. When i arrived at home i took a look into the pocket and found a blue afrika cuff title.
Is it an original item? what are these cuff titles worth?

Its a nice original. I bought one off the estand a year and a half ago for around 300 or so. Id say fair price is around 300-350. JMHO Matt
