Did some more research, unfortunaly this is most certain a pin for 2. Schnellboot geschwader (BRD marine )

Yes Jacek I had the same info until I came accross this site:

Look at the shape of the iron fist.

Maybe I'm wrong but I see it differently. Background of the disc is the same but hand has a different shape. It is possible that your pin is a progenitor 2 Schnellbootgeschwader.
Küstenfliegergruppe 406 was one of the 16 Seeflugzeugstaffeln / Luftflotte 5 /.

In frame 98 is the dark plack a period item or post war commemorative?
There are variations of items like that, but colors match, and why they are slightly different for the gauntlet is anybody's guess.
