    Parabadge, zinc round wreath.

    Hi guys!

With all the copies of parabadges floating aroud I post this zincer, but I am used to the parabadges with a more oval wreath, not circular like the one posted.

    What is the verdict?

    Hi Peppe,

This is a good, late war FLL badge. For some reason, this is a consistent feature of these later-war FLL Para badges, they have more of a round wreath rather than oval. I think they started out oval shaped, but were squashed down for whatever reason. Because of this, they seem a little lopsided on the obverse and it makes them very hard to consistently measure. But a nice original nontheless IMO.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little
