    Late War Luft Badges Help

Posting these for a friend who is trying to part with his fathers collection and is looking for assistance as to what is good and what is not. I have given my opinion on these but would like other views to see if they concur

          Thanks Chris,

Looks like we share opinon, got the first with the fat leg swastika, the para I thought was assman with the ejection marks on the reverse, the G Assault, I thought was good but did not know the maker, thanks for that.

Could the FLL have been a PO at one stage or do you think it has been painted like the para

              Hi guys

Agree on all accounts, all originals. However, the Assmann para is interesting as it has a silver wreath, not something we are used to seeing. I would look for silver paint on the eagle or gold finish on the wreath as I suspect we may be looking at a refinished badge.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

all original as stated- the FLL was originally a PO Im sure, the para has been painted both on wreath and eagle but you could probably clean that off quite easily, the ground assault- nice and unmessed with
