But I do not understand why the other is a rivet. as the eagle and the awards are one unit.

the first badge is a good one. Unfortunately the eagle broke off, I am not sure about the second badge, maybe you can post some shots of the back as well.

That's the same one you posted before, we would like to see a reverse picture from the damaged blitz and swastika LGAB.

000 or whatever your name is? Thsi example with rivet had a stamped eagle on it when awarded. These are oftem found with missing eagle, My badge has a somwhat loose eagle.
Now lets see some reverse shots of the badge with broken lightening bolt please.
