Para badge GWL, opinions please!!!

Somebody offered me this para badge from GWL. I have no experience with these badges. Normally I´am a collector of Heer and Kriegsmarine.

So, please help me. Do you think it´s a good one???

Pass on that one! Eagle and wreath designs are wrong. Hardware should be cast in! All wrong.

I saw this one on ebay.de. I contacted the seller and asked for complete pics as not enough was shown to determine authenticity. He sent the pics and I wrote back stating it was a fake. He then admitted that he knew it was a repro, and that was his reason for asking 140 euro's rather than typical price associated with an authentic badge.
