I don't really collect these, but this one seems authentic even though it lacks the quality of the regular Luft badge cases. The case is all cardboard with a blue paper finish. The bottom is plain paper. The hinge is not metal, but rather paper. The lower inside is a "fuzzy" paper...not felt. The upper inside is plain blue paper. Any opinions?

I have no issues with these, later war production. Interesting how the flak was made this way. I have not seen any flight cases in this type. Flock bases yes, but all paper construction no!

I like the case too. Re Neil's comment about not seeing other flight badges with this sort of case, it probably makes sense as the Flak arm of the LW was large (and more importantly active!) at the end of the war - no planes to fly, but lots of planes to shoot at! Does anyone recall seeing a similar type case for the LW Erdkampfabzeichen?
