Well it is hard to tell from the images provided, but my first reaction is that the eagle seems a bit soft in the detail and the rivets looks odd.
Can you get better images? Larger obverse and close-up of the rivets?

With the additional images I am also turned off like Chris, by the soft details on the eagle and catch. However I understand that you where in doubt. It is quite well made.

However don´t worry these B&NL are not so hard to obtain for a fair price, compared to some of the other ROAG´s.
