    Opinions needed on B&NL RO/AG

I have been studying this maker and I believe this to be a good badge but would like further opinions from collectors more experienced with this maker. The only thing that seems slightly different from others I've seen is that the rivets are a little more domed in shape but I don't know if that is really an issue. Any expert observations will be appreciated.

                    Hi

The rivets do look different to the 'normal' flat tops but perhaps the eagle was tightened up after becoming loose on the wreath?

Here is mine to compare. It has previously had a thumbs up on this forum.

                    best wishes
                    Tim O.

Thanks for the input, Tim. The difference in the rivets does show in comparison to yours. The pin and catch look the same though. I'm still trying to compare wreath and eagle details with some difficulty (these eyes of mine!).

Can anyone else offer some expertise here?

For what it is worth, nothing about your badge would give me cause for concern. As you say, just the rivets look unusual but the rest all looks good to me.

                            Best wishes

That does put me at ease. These days it's always good to have a concensus on almost anything we plan on keeping for a collection.
