Close, but no cigar. Definately a well made FAKE, wreath and eagle are both pretty close to originals, but not quite right. Weak detailing on the eagle, so I think it was probably cast from an original. The wreath however is not a casting, but a new design that closely resembles original BSW wreaths. However, you will see differences in the leaf veining. And if you look closely, you will see that the acorn caps are much more detailed then you find on originals. These were actually hand stamped into to obverse after it was struck and will appear very flat because of this action. I handled a few of these at the MAX show a few weeks ago. You can see this same fakery on #PABs too, with added acorn cap stamps.
Maker mark is also crap IMO.
