      Hi Karsten,

Well, no real evidence to speak of other than the fact of pure logic. It makes more sense (to me anyway ) that anyone trying to break into the lucrative badge market would have tested the water first before investing a bunch of money hiring an artist to make a new design, cutting new dies, etc. To test the waters and jump right into the market, a company like IMME would have simply purchased badge parts by their neighbor Juncker and just sold the badges under their name. Once they realized that the badge business during the early years of 3rd Reich was quite lucrative due to its massive expansion of the armed forces, they would then shell out the money to create their own dies and such.

Any private business owner knows that the more products you can produce in house, the cheaper the construction costs are and therefore more profit for the owners. That is why IMME likely came up with their own designs and dies rather than just simply rely on Juncker parts the entire time. More money for them!
