Hello, better pics are needed of the mm, catch and hinge, and also a straight front photo, the one that you posted is kind of angular and the eagle looks like it's got a beard, but anyway IMHO it doesn't look that bad from these pics.

Weird looking left rivet and discoloration around the hook would have me looking for repairs. Theres a bit of a strange thing on the bottom arm of the swaz. but that might just be the material as you see such things on Juncker badges now and again. Otherwise its looking quiet good. Definatly get some sharper photos though.

Mike, this one seems to have poor details as already noted, and to me it doesn't seem to have the right "feel" for a Juncker. I'd pass on it.

              Mike,

It's an original Juncker Obsever; nothing wrong with it at all. Appears in decent shape and the extra material inside the swastika arm is a typical trait of hand finishing and is "common" on this badge.

If the price is not out of this world, I would say

Note the left rivet "may" have been tightened as it appears flattened a bit. Clearer, smaller PICS would be better.

                Mike,

Keep in mind that some of these had the J2 style pilot wreath and this one is not that style. IMO, an original, slightly worn original.

Here's a couple more shots of original birds. First one is the same "type" as yours; note the inside swastika material.

Here's another one; a J2 style but with a Deumer mark on it. Not my bird, but another forum members (?) that was posted a long time ago.
