Flak badge "A"

Hello everyone,
a good friend of mine offered me a Flak badge marked Assmann. It looks pretty nice and detailed but there are some strange edge details on the rear side... I would like to have some opinions before decide what to do...

... i know but i am pretty sure he was not aware about it... i am telling you this because he allowed me to show the badge pictures on the forum!
