Nice undisturbed badge Lorenzo,

Something I failed to notice on my badge is the deep trough made by the opening of the pin. All that is evident is silver base metal, no tombak. Surely the nickel silver plating (if tombak base) wouldn't be this thick.

heres 2 i disected.and thay are 100pc nickel.had the old file on them

I did some destructive testing on an Ostmedaille once to prove it's tombak inner core, but NEVER to a flak!
