    Small Jagdflieger grouping

    anyone proud owner of this small Jagdflieger grouping?? It was a nice / nearly mint GWL Pilot badge...

    I personally found the price a bit to high.

      I've read on another forum that there are near perfect fakes of the GWL pilot badge coming on the market through the german fake peddler Carsten Staegemeir. I saw the pictures in that forum and the badge looked to be an original yet all were saying it was fake.

      It's time to be very careful regarding mint GWL pilot badges!

        I saw this one too. Do you know the price it was sold for??
        At first I wanted to make a bid on it but eventually didn't do it. (mainly because I acquired some other badges last week).

          it sold for EUR 1.400 + 23% fee.....

          I stopped bidding at this ammount. I have the same problem (money) like you....You can not get/ buy everything....

                Lets start with saying its original and then starting with evidence why it could be a fake.

                  Looks like a perfect condition GWL PB to me. Has all the characteristics I would look for. Also appears to be in the right box for a GWL as well. A great grouping and could have fetched a lot more if the financial situation was not how it is.
