Hi Schwertehre.
I thougth I have seen all German made badges from Norway but this I never had seen.
I cant understand it so much eather - FLORIDA 14.4.1940.
Norway was occupated by the germans 9.4.1940.
It looks original to me but what for I have no idea ?

The German merchant ship Florida was sunk by the British submarine HMS Snapper on the 14th April 1940 on it's way either to or from NorwayCollecting German award documents, other paperwork and photos relating to Norway and Finland.Comment

This is not an official award. This is as Simon says a commemorative badge from what took place at that time.Over 30.000 photos from German photo albums, related to Norway
