Hi Martin,


could you post a straight on shot of the back of the badge and also from the front? You should have a margin of a few cm on each side of the badge, but pictures must be straight on, best without any angle.

Do you think hinge and catch could have been replaced? Is the eagle separately soldered?

Hi Martin,


I´m not sure about this one. I just flipped through Sascha Weber´s book and I couldn´t find this example. The pin and hinge are not typical, and I compared the tombak eagle to the ones in the book, but again, no matches.

The badge itself looks convincing though. Really hard to tell.
