    Luft gab on E-stand

    Don Doering would like to have it discussed, so can you guys please comment on what you think about it, thanks.

              I would rather be safe than sorry for someone whom might buy a bad badge.

                  My knowledge about luft gab's is very limited, so I did a search here and found this one with a http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...&highlight=gab

                  To me they look very similar but I've been mistaken before.

                  This actual badge was bought about 3 years ago on the E-stand from a long time European member of WAF - no, not Dion - and I'd be very disappointed if it's fake.

                  It has been sold now but if the discussion turns out that it is a fake, the buyer can of course return it.

                    On closer inspection, the fake I posted is different than the badge being discussed. The hardware is similar, but the fake I posted is made of white metal (or similar).

                            Thanks for digging up that thread. Based upon the comments in it I have no problem with the badge which started this thread. Sorry for the inconvienence it may have caused the seller.
