Flak badge - original?

I would like to know If somebody could tell me If this badge is real or not.
And If It is what a fair market value could be?

Well, good news also thanks a lot!!!
I did not want to add any story letting the item speaks for Itself, but this one comes directly from the family of a French Vet that was in the occupation troops in Germany just after the war.
I will probably put this item with other badges that came with, on the Estand very soon.
