    Weight and finish are the best ways of telling what its made of, If the wreath is grey under the finish its a pretty good sign of zinc.
    Sounds like an interesting grouping invest in a camera and share it

      Yes it is grey under the finish of the wreath also it is dull silver / grey where the eagle has lost it's finish.

      I have pics of the back through not very good they are there.

          Dear Sir,
          The first post looks nothing like the medal but the second on sold by Niemann of Hamburg is an EXACT look alike. The concesous of that thread was that it was possable an IMO badge. Take your for you time in teaching my many things about this field. If you wouldn't mind I'd like to add you as a friend. Thank you
