Tony, it looks good from the front but the metal has an odd look in the pictures, is it your flash?

The hinge is another concern, I hope it is a replacement because that is a tombak style hinge on a zinc badge and that's not right. The catch looks good but Deumer always had long oval plates under the hinges.

Still waiting for badge to arrive, let me post better photos when it does. I was informed by another member that this has the typical Junker style hinge and its pretty common for them to have it. The silver finish on the hinge appears to be giving it that tombak look, especially with the flash. Hopefully it will be in tomorrow, will get pics off right away,

One last note.... the rivets look late war also, ie- kreigsmetal. But the hinge without a mounting plate is typical buntmetal.

The issue is the mismatch, as I see it??? We'll await the better images.
