Before I put this one on e-stand, I would like some opinions on the originality. It comes from a very old collection and was purchased somewhere in the late seventies.

I'm sorry, but this is not a Fliegererinnerungsabzeichen.
This is a Segelflugzeugfuehrerabzeichen ( Glider pilots badge ).

I don't know wether it's original or not..

Sorry but even with better pics this one doesn't look good to me.
I have an idea that the Luftwaffe badges on the e-stand are coming from the same source / old collection / from the 70ties !!!
Don't know what others think about it, but as with the Segelflieger here, I don't like them at all, construction, finish etc.

Must have been a LOT of fakes churned out in the 70's. I would pass on this one.
