luft eagle questions

I am not sure if this belongs here or not but it is a aluft item so this is where i will start. It is heavier than any cap eagle i have seen and bigger than a basic lapel eagle which i have owned in the past. wing span is 2 1/2 inches or 6.5cm tip to tip. Pin and attachment look correct. Luft items are not my thing. What exactly would this be used on. Is it a breast eagle on an Officers Dress uniform? any help would be appreciated. thank you frank v.

The eagle is a poor repro,it is a eagle from a repro pilots badge made into a pin.Jay Parisi

LF eagle marked with RZM mark are very strange. I guess this one is a fantasy piece.

thank you jay i thought it looked like a pilots badge eagle. it was cheap enough so nothing lost. this is why i stick to pistols
