      A dangerous fake. Rivets are indeed the obvious giveaway. Goes to show that something with an engraving means nothing.
      Also interesting that they got the break in the circle.

        Are the rivets indented or raised, I wonder if our eyes are deceiving us with these PICS?

              Now, I'm sure the rivets are not the good ones. The hinge is too short. The concentric circles were not done by turning process....those look like casted circles.

              From your new picture, I can see the eagle is not tombak. Can you use wing tip to make scratches on paper?
