    Pilot Observer Badge

    Hello to the Forum,

    I'm supposed to have a bag of awards coming my way by the end of this week. I know it's best to wait and post photos but I have a question about one of them already. It's supposed to be a late war Pilot Observer Badge. Most of the finish is gone but one can apparently make out some gold on the wreath and some silver on the eagle. It is marked "Schwerin".

    Did Schwerin make PO badges? Any idea of the value if correct? I'll post as soon as I get the badges. Thanks.

      Hi Harvey,
      I can't recall ever seeing ANY Luftwaffe award by Schwerin, this maker is usually associated with Kriegsmarine awards. Please post a picture when it arrives, I can't wait to see this one.

        I think you won´t have to wait for the pics - Schwerin never made PO-Badges. I can´t believe in more than a disappointment.
