Para badge on estand

The B&NL is a worn textbook example. Nothing wrong with it.

A good badge but it has to be checked thoroughly if the obverse was once repainted.

Definatly a good B&NL Para. Frank could be right with the repaint but hard to tell.
Try the nail polish remover test.
