Hi Bob,

I agree with Frank, from what I can see it looks like a nicely worn genuine J2.

Just looking at the top of the hinge, there appears to be a larger than usual cut/score on the left - is there some sort of hinge repair?

Thanks for the comments. The cut above hinge is even. Just looks a little off due to the scan angle, hard to get them straight on a scanner due to the pins and catches.

Looks like a classic J2.

I agree with Mike though. Thats a mighty large cut and looking at the grind marks on the pressure foot of the pin make me think it may have been replaced as well. Any chance of a scan/shot with the pin down?
