been reading a little on the marksmanship award lanyards,some great looking ones ,but was wondering what the difference was as regarding skills,how did they score these?was it on a points system,is there a list available to say who would get what.
did they have annual competitions for the best aswell.could any member of the luftwaffe have these if he were a good marksman or did he have to hold rank,could flak have them.
any ideas,
