Facts are: Junckers 1style badges have provenance in wartime postcards (a lot of other bagdes not!) and some can be direct linked to the wearer.
Btw, Neil H. has a fantastic named badge of a General Göring Regiment member (+documents of this soldier).

Yes, I was fortunate enough to acquire this Regiment General Göring Grouping from Neil. Here is the 1st pattern badge from this group, complete with inscription to the Fallschirmjäger Johann Heitkamp.
