    Observer B & N L

    Hello colleagues,
What do you think concerning it Observer?
It is pleasant to me... But I am confused with the marks not similar to marks
    B&N L known to me.
    As I never met earlier
    Observer made by firm B&NL.
Badge it is made from aluminium.
    His weight - 15,1 g
    KR,
    Roman

          Hi Roman,

It appears that there is more crud around the maker mark on picture # 2 than # 4 ... did you try and clean it off between pictures?

              Hello Roman,

I really can´t believe in this badge. I have a bad feeling. To my opinion it´s an aged copy of a badge I´ve never seen with this maker mark a n d never in aluminium from Berg & Nolte.

                Privet Roman,
I don't think this badge is good. B&NL is not known as a maker of observer badges and on top of that, only Juncker and Assmann made badges in aluminum (that I have ever seen). The eagle is a copy of a Assmann and the wreath is just not right.

                  Hi Max, Privet Alan!
                  Thanks for your opinion!
I shall not trust in miracles...
Let's consider, that B&NL such badge did not make.

                    Roman,

you are right, its a fake. You can find the same badge marked Assmann or Juncker. Not badly made but the mishmash of parts and large size hinge give it away.

                      Dear Roman,

This same fake also comes with an JMME maker mark. The eagle imitates the Assmann design while the wreath is a fantasy crossover between GWL and "unknown maker" :
