What about this one? I am thinking it is not good based on the maker mark at least. Opinions needed and welcomed. Sorry again for the pics but the mark is a better pic.

You're right about the mark, I would not have it based on that alone. The scary thing though is, it is a fair copy of a 1st pattern Juncker Observer. With better pictures it could maybe even be original with a post-war mark (but I wouldn't hold my breath)

A very good quality casting I would think. Looks like the hinge is the wrong diameter as usual. Rivets are not bad and the MM is a good attempt as well.
Would be dangerous on an auction site I would think.
