Flak Badge - unknown maker "ER" - Opinions

Hi,
today i got this LW Flak Badge with the maker ER. It looks to be made out of Zinc. The weight ist 30,42 grams, the hinge and the catch is magnetic. It is 65,1 mm x 44,1 mm (with eagle). Whot do you think about this badge ? I think the eagle looks like the eagle from the Fake Brehmer Flak Badge. Anyone recognize the design of the gun and the wreath ? Please tell me your thoughts If you need more scans and close-ups or other measurements, please tell me.

Interesting variation on the fake Brehmer with a GB reverse. Funny how the eagle is almost more a Hobacher than a Brehmer. Is the marking telling you where to run?

I would not condemn this one too early, I like the general texture of it. I like the hinge and like the was the silver plating lifts off. I also like the way the catch rubbed the pin to show the Tombak of the pin.

I do not know exactly what it is, but want to be cautious. Not one I would throw into the bin without looking twice.

I looked at this as well. Hard to come to any sort of conclusion just on the pics. I******180;d love to handel it.

As Mark pointed out, much more the Hobacher eagle and considering that the excellent Brehmer copy also uses the Hobacher eagle I would be sceptical until further investigation.

Don, I was thinking the exact same thing. The actual C catch has a modern look to it.

Alex kindly sent me this to look at. Unfortunatly IMO its a modern fake along the same lines as the Brehmer fake. Its rather soft and can be bent with a little pressure and detail is not very good. As has already been commented, the catchplate appears integral to the badge.
