Help with some Luft Badges?

Hello,
I was wondering if I could get some opinions on these Luftwaffe Badges I've been offered. I'm probably asking you to do the impossible because on a scale of 1 to 10 my photographs rate as CRAP.

The first one I was told was RARE because it does not have a swastika and the pin that goes with it was worn with the badge until the swastika was added on later. You can't see in the photograph but both are marked 1941. Sounds kind of "fishy to me".

Then I've taken a couple pictures of an observer badge and other one. Any opinion good or bad would be great. Thanks

The guy that is "offering" these to you is either trying to rip you off, or he doesn't have a clue.

I haven't bought any of them. They were offered to me, but I had that "gut feeling" so I asked him if I could take some quick photographs and he did. I can only assume that all the badges are FAKE?

I do a lot of advertising and buy a lot of diverse things. I haven't dealt with many badges before and my knowledge is limited as you can tell.

Anyhow, if there' a plus, I'm learning not to be an impulsive buyer having only been collecting a couple years! And also just as important if items are being offered to you by a WWII Veteran it doesn't always mean that the items were picked up Pre or during WWII. I know the advanced collectors already know this, but I learned the hard way.
