badge? I would presume the zinc badges were later in the war.

Not only you and Gene Mike. I virtually gave mine away a few months back.
Really do not understand the lack of interest in these especially as they are usually more than 50% cheaper than a marked counterpart.

Thanks guys. I was pretty sure it was a good piece. One of the local "experts" is certain that the PO badge was never made in zinc and is always hallmarked so he sold me this one as a display piece for $25Originally posted by Mike K
