    Flak Badge maker mark help

I just purchased a Heer Flak Badge with the maker's mark in raised lettering of R.S. on the reverse.

Can anyone inform who the maker is?

    Thank you!

R.S. is attributed to Rudolf Souval. However I'd be a little suspicious of the one you show. Can you show a closer view without the pin in the way?
