B&NL Heer Flak Badge ?

Hello all, I recently purchased a heer flak badge marked B&NL. I cant find any other heer flaks by this maker anywhere on this forum. The badge has good detail, except for the eagles head, which imo, lacks detail. I dont have a way to post pics yet, no camera. I have my doubts this maker ever made this award.
